Cette année, nous vous ouvrons les portes du Château Carsin les 27 et 28 mai. Nous vous avons réservé plusieurs activités : un repas scandinave avec la cheffe Laura Välimäki, des balades nature avec Corentin Sauvaget, un concert de Flora Estel Swingtet, une exposition des aquarelles de Jean Francois Ceau et sans oublier la dégustation de tous nos vins. 
Nous serons ouverts le samedi de 10h jusqu’à 02h et le dimanche de 10h à 18h. Le samedi soir le concert se déroulera de 20h à 22h et nous vous accueillerons jusqu’a 2h du matin pour faire la fête. 
Venez profiter le samedi midi, le samedi soir ou le dimanche midi de notre restauration avec la cheffe finlandaise. Elle vous concoctera pour cette occasion un menu scandinave avec nos spécialités finlandaises. L’entrée + le plat + le dessert seront proposés à 20 € par personne. Pour l’apéritif, nous proposerons également des planches de charcuteries + fromages et des huîtres.

This year, we are opening the doors of Château Carsin on May 27th and 28th. We have several fun things planned for this weekend: a Scandinavian meal with chef Laura Välimäki, nature walks with Corentin Sauvaget, a concert by Flora Estel Swingtet, an exhibition of watercolors by Jean Francois Ceau and of course the free tasting of all our wines. 
We will be open Saturday from 10 am to 2 am and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm. On Saturday evening the concert will take place from 8 pm to 10 pm and we will dance until 2 am… 
You can reserve your Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner or Sunday lunch with our Finnish chef. For this occasion, she will create a three-course menu with Finnish specialties. Starter + main course + dessert will be charged 20 € per person. For aperitif, we will also offer charcuterie boards & cheeses as well as oysters from the bay.
