1st Sunday of the month many museums in France (not all sorry) are free. In my city – Bordeaux- you can get free entrance (except in July & August) to visit the following museums: – Le CAPC (Musée d’Art Contemporain) – Le Musée d’Aquitaine – Le MADD (Musée des Arts Décoratifs et du Design) – Le musée des Beaux Arts – La Base Sous-Marine (closed at the time) – Le Musée d’Histoire Naturelle – Le Centre Jean Moulin This free admission is valid for both permanent exhibitions of the collections and for all temporary exhibitions, however prestigious they may be.

Last month I then decided to visit the MADD, it was the last day for a great Design Exhibition called MEMPHIS. I am so happy I went there as it was beautiful & so interesting (and free also ! lol)
