Place Puy Paulin, on the side of Porte Dijeaux street, you will find one of the best Pâtisserie I have discovered so far. For many months the building had been renovated : kept like a precious secret, nobody knew what was going to come out. Then in February 2017, a 640m2 space opened…

The decoration is magnificent, you could imagine you are in the Château de Versailles or in Buckingham Palace : crystal lamps and chandeliers, golden mirrors, unique photographs on the wall…..The artist Romain Thiery is specialised in pictures from forgotten heritage, here on the wall one of his serie “Requiem for pianos”.
