Merveilleuse Pâtisserie Pierre Mathieu (Hôtel de ville, Bordeaux)

Depuis mi-mars 2016 le chef Pâtissier Pierre Mathieu, bordelais d’origine, a ouvert sa pâtisserie Place Pey-Berland. Ancien Chef Pâtissier du Mandarin Oriental à Paris, il confectionne de petites merveilles, aussi belles que délicieuses. J’avoue que je ne savais quelles gourmandises choisir ! J’ai opté pour Le Soleil et le Cardinal, un bon mix, des fruits et du chocolat…
